1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days.

Orders placed on non-working days and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In the case of a large number of orders (e.g. pre-holiday period), this time may be slightly longer, of which we will inform you by email.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery:

We make sure your products are securely packaged. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged:
