§1. General provisions

The owner of the online gallery available at www.popupgallery.shop is DESIGN with its registered office in 86-050 Solec Kujawski, e-mail: popupselect@gmail.com

The gallery conducts retail sales of works of art (paintings) via the Internet.

Each painting offered in the gallery is unique (unless the description states otherwise, e.g. in the case of limited edition prints).
§2. Products and Copyrights

All images presented on the website are by Przemo / D`ORX, santamiki.

Copyright: Purchasing an image does not constitute the acquisition of copyright to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the work's image. These rights remain with the author.

The colors of images displayed on monitors may differ slightly from actual colors due to the individual settings of the customer's screen parameters.
§3. Placing orders

Orders can be placed 24/7 via the order form on the website.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail with confirmation and payment details.

The sales contract is deemed to be concluded upon receipt by the Customer of confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution.
§4. Prices and Payments

All prices are given in PLN and are gross prices.

The price includes shipping costs for Poland and the EU.

Available payment methods:

Traditional bank transfer.

Electronic payments (e.g. BLIK, PayU, Przelewy24).

§5. Shipping

Paintings are prepared for shipment after payment has been received.

Each piece is protected with bubble wrap, protective corners and thick cardboard to minimize the risk of damage.

Shipments are insured for the full value of the painting.
§6. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with the law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Exception: The right to return does not apply to paintings made to special order (personalized, with specific dimensions for the client).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The painting must be returned intact, in its original packaging or in packaging that ensures safe transport.
§7. Complaints

In the event of a physical defect of the work or mechanical damage occurring during delivery, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints should be submitted via email, attaching photos of the damage and a damage report (if prepared with the courier).
