Returns Policy

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for a painting within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason.

2. Exclusions (When is a refund not possible?)

The right to a refund does not apply in the case of:

Custom-made paintings: Works made to individual order (e.g. portraits, paintings with non-standard dimensions agreed with the Client).
Personalization: Works that have been permanently changed at the Client's request (e.g. dedication on the back of the canvas).

3. Return Procedure (Step by Step)

To have your return accepted, please follow the steps below:

Let us know: Send an email to poupselect@gmail.com with information about your withdrawal from the contract.
Pack the artwork: The painting must be returned intact. Please use the original packaging (or equivalent protection: bubble wrap, corner protectors, thick cardboard).
The parcel should be sent to the following address: 86-050 Solec Kujawski ul. Kasztanowa 13.
- Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend shipping with insurance for the full value of the item.

4. Refund of payment

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned painting and checking its condition.
The funds will be refunded using the same method used for payment, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.

5. Complaints (Damage during transport)

Works of art are insured, so the complaint procedure in case of damage is crucial:

If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, be sure to write a damage report with the courier.
Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. If your complaint is accepted, we will cover all costs and issue a full refund or offer to repair the item (if possible).
